Newsletter October 2024
Autumn is here!
After a fantastic summer, we're now experiencing shifts in the weather and exploring new opportunities, all while continuing to grow and make a positive impact on society. We're excited to announce new courses and welcome new teachers to our Spanish department, catering to expanding groups of learners. In addition, we've introduced technology and digital literacy into our classrooms.
This season has seen the opening of LET France, and we are delighted to welcome Amandine, our new Social Media Manager, to the team. We have also initiated humanitarian efforts to support the people of Lebanon.
LET London is expanding
with new groups launching in Bexley, thanks to our collaboration with Maximus U.K. This provides a great opportunity to help more students improve their communication skills and boost their employability. We’re also welcoming back teachers Renato and Ellie from their holidays, while Chantelle and Matt continue making valuable contributions to our General English and Employability courses. In September, LET introduced Digital Literacy into our Employability Course by providing high-quality tablets, empowering learners with the skills needed for today’s digital workforce. As always, Karine and Mariana have been instrumental in managing administrative logistics for LET London.
LET Spain
Meanwhile, LET Spain has launched new groups for the Spanish department, helping the expat community in the south integrate and share in the local experience. Celine has been managing the administrative side of LET in Spain, while Sabrina has been working efficiently with BNI Spain, both offering tremendous support to students by bridging connections between them and LET. Javier Cagnoli has begun his role as our new Work Coach leading the Board of Directors., providing professional guidance to department heads as LET continues to grow. We're also excited about an upcoming project in Spain—stay tuned for more details in our November newsletter!
LET Plus Extra
LET France
LET France marks our third branch, following LET U.K. and LET Spain. Under the management of Eric, with Valerie’s collaboration and the quality control efforts of Stephane and Michael, LET France is poised to build the same trust and connection between learners and our school that our students and partners have come to expect.
LET AID
In response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Lebanon, LET AID has launched a GoFundMe campaign to provide financial and emotional support to our Co-Founder Ali, who is currently in Beirut with his family. Together, we can make a difference. Click on the link to support LET Humanitarian Aid in Lebanon.
As we embrace the Autumn season, we reflect on the power of community and collaboration. At LET, we believe that supporting one another through both triumphs and challenges is essential to making a meaningful impact. Thank you to all our followers, supporters, and partners for your continued commitment. We look forward to sharing more updates as we embark on this journey together.
